QelviQ, Your Personal Sommelier

The QelviQ Personal Sommelier is a beautifully designed portable temperature control device that brings every type of wine to its ideal serving temperature.
QelviQ measures the temperature of the wine in the bottle and automatically ensures that it reaches the correct temperature–and stays there! The connected QelviQ app, with its database of over 300,000 wines with their ideal serving temperature (based on grape and terroir) sends the ideal temperature of your specific wine to your QelviQ with one touch of a screen.
It also keeps track of your wine inventory, offers food pairing advice for your wines (or the other way around) and you can always ask the sommelier for some additional advise.
The evening
Join us for a summer soiree of wine and beverage tastings, sponsored by QelviQ, your personal sommelier. We will convene in a beautiful Upper West Side private residence for an evening of inspired conversation, delicious wines, and light appetizers.
Reconnect with former members of The CMO Club and meet new executives as well. It is sure to be a fun-filled evening to remember. Space is limited for this exclusive event.
Your sommelier for the evening – Rusty Rastello, Former Sommelier at 11 Madison Park and Gramercy Tavern. Rusty will be there from 6.30-8.30PM to talk about the importance of wine serving temperature, and then guests can go into wine tasting.
