Note: This option will include case studies, interactive sessions, team breakouts, case study presentations, and other team-building and interactive mini-sessions. GEM will review the goals and objectives and all documentation and present and discuss market entry and expansion strategies as a case study for the audience. A mockup case study will also be presented, and multiple teams will compete, demonstrating their approach to sales, marketing, and execution strategies. The 2.5-day workshop may also feature guest speakers from different walks of life (connected remotely) from subject matter areas such as operations, logistics, HR/Recruiting, Resources, Marketing Strategies, Corporate Coaching, and others.
